Yes. Professional plans have unlimited attendees — no overage surprises at the door. Starter and Basic plans list their attendee ceiling (100 / 500) so you can pick with confidence, and you can upgrade at any time before the event.
No. BadgeMe is priced per event. You pay for the events you run, when you run them. No subscriptions, no minimum commitments, no lock-in.
Absolutely. On the pricing flow choose Request invoice and our team will send a formal quote and invoice (SEPA bank transfer supported), then activate your event as soon as payment clears. This is the default path for the Professional plan.
Your data stays in the EU. BadgeMe is GDPR-native by design: clear consent capture at registration, documented lawful bases, data-processing terms that match the EU stack you're expected to sign, and deletion workflows for after the event.
